MSDN has confimed that there will be an April 2006 Windows V

MSDN has confimed that there will be an April 2006 Windows Vista CTP! Although it will not be the same Build 5365 that the Official Microsoft Beta Tester's are going to get later this week (they confirmed that as well)!

Maybe this is the public beta. Cross fingers. Thanks for the update Kevin.

In the E-mail, they were talking about it being an MSDN Release, NOT a General Public Release!

No I didn't Nancy, because I did not share anything new that the Beta Website's don't all ready know about (Build 5365) and the April CTP has all ready been mentioned in Microsoft's Beta Experience Newsletter (April 2006 Edition).
P.S. The Beta Website's had it 50% correct and 50% incorrect (Build 5365 was Officially Released to the TAP Beta Tester's on Monday, and might also be released to the Technical Tester's later this week).

Here is something that was just posted in the public msdn newsgroup that I found Interesting. It does sound like you were misinformed by looking at this MS employee. ****************************************************************** Kevin,
Tell you what - forward your mail to me (don't forget to take out the "nospam") and I'll review it for accuracy - I promise I won't fire anyone. Broadly speaking, we try to release as much content to subscribers as we can, but there are occassions when we are not able to publish a particular build. Issues such as 3rd-party content licensing, quality levels, NDA's, etc. can and do mean that an interim build (of any product) might not be released publicly to MSDN Subscribers. If someone has been promising you otherwise and you can let me know who I'll make sure that they are provided with correct information.
